Projects

Members or Chalgrove Local History Group are currently carrying out research in the following areas:

  1. Buildings of Chalgrove – working with a buildings historian to record some of the older properties in the village.
  2. Men of the village that fought in WWI.
  3. Life in the village in the period immediately before WWII to the early 1950’s.
  4. Family lines for the families that appear in the various Censuses and 1939 National Registration documents.
  5. A furthur book of old photographs and memories.
